Effective immediately, we will require a 24-hour turn-around time for prescription medication refills. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to the increase of calls, appointments and being short-staffed, we are no longer able to fulfill same-day requests for prescription medication refills. When you call for a refill, a request will be submitted and your medication will be ready in 24 hours. You will not receive a reminder call that your medication is ready for pick-up. If your request is submitted on a Friday, your medication will be ready the following Monday. In the event that we do not have a medication in stock or we need to see your pet for bloodwork prior to refilling your medication, we will call or text you. We appreciate your understanding with this new policy.
